Pamper Your Skin - Skincare Routine Part - 1



Skincare is Essential, Make Up is a Choice!


Hey lovelies so we all know how important Skincare is but sometimes we just rely on the creams that we get in the market as our busy schedule does not permit us to do some DIY and use natural products that are easily available at home.

Of course we need those skincare products available in the market in our daily use but sometimes we can also remove some 10-15 minutes in a week and use natural ingredients to exfoliate and rejuvenate our skin.
Trust me it will make your skin feel so pampered and fresh and will leave you all glowy 😊

So I am sharing with you 4 things that I normally do as far as my skincare routine is concerned with natural ingredients!

These are like my mains which I have been doing since years. I do try some more stuff occasionally but these four are like a must in my skincare regime using natural ingredients. 

So I normally do just one thing in a week, sometimes two depending on my schedule and mood! 

Ok so first of all you can make a pack with Besan (Bengal Gram), Milk, Turmeric Powder, Lemon Juice. 
Apply this pack for 15-20 minutes and then wash your face and pat dry. 





This one is my most most favorite - Sugar Scrub! It will make your face glow instantly and will make your skin feel really good! 
You can make a Sugar Scrub with Sugar, add Lemon Juice and let it sit for a few seconds. The sugar will moisten a bit, be careful to not let the sugar be like that for too long because the soften sugar crystals helps in scrubbing so if you keep it for too long, the sugar will get completely dissolved. 
Now add oil of your choice - Almond, Apricot, Olive, Coconut. 
Then add some Rosewater and Aloe Vera Gel. Mix it all well and gently Scrub your face with it. 
Wash your face with lukewarm water and dry with a clean towel. 
Once a week you can scrub some Papaya on your face. You just need a small piece of it. It works so well. Just one ingredient that's it. 

Sometimes I like to massage my face with a Tomato. You just need half of a tomato cut into two. Massage it slowly on your face for 3-4 minutes. That's it. Wash and dry your face. 



So this is my tried and tested skincare regime as far as pampering my skin with natural ingredients is concerned. I will be sharing more about my Skincare Routine in future posts!
