I love working out, it is like a healthy addiction that I can't resist so I workout 4-5 times a week.

Working out is fun when you have the right energy to workout and for that it is so important to eat healthy nutritious meals.

The most important part is recovery from your workouts so if you eat something good and healthy within an hour after your workout, specially after intensive workouts, you regain energy and can carry on your other chores with ease.

Oats Porridge, Nutty Peanut Butter Toast, Coffee and a few biscuits. I normally don't have biscuits always, I was just in a mood to have those Mocha Biscuits with Coffee that day so had them πŸ˜‰
