What's In My Gym Bag

Things I carry with me to the Gym -


  1. Windcheater
  2. Water
  3. Gloves
  4. Face Wipes
  5. Fresh Clean Face Towel
  6. Hand Sanitiser
  7. Rose Water Spray
  8. Lip Balm
  9. Deodorant 
  10. Socks
  11. Shoes
  12. Hair Clip
  13. Scrunchy
  14. Protein Biscuits
  15. Chewing Gum 
  16. Occasionally a Fruit


So these are the things are the things that I carry with me to the Gym.

It is extremely important to stay hydrated so I carry two bottles of Water and please note it is also very important to keep your skin hydrated! You won't realise it now but in the long run you will thank yourself for doing so!

Being a hygiene freak, I am very particular about using a fresh clean face towel to wipe off the sweat while working out. Post workout I like to clean my face with wipes and then I spray some Rose Water Spray and hydrate my lips with a Lip Balm.

A lot of people ask me why do I carry a Windcheater so the reason is when your working out in a group, sometimes some people require the Air Conditioner while I would want to Sweat a lot more so my Coach Sonu Sir gave me the solution of wearing a Windcheater and suggested to wear a jacket post workout to maintain the temperature as you can easily fall prey to diseases with immediate temperature fluctuations.

I carry with me some biscuits as sometimes if I feel hungry pre or post workout, eating just one or two Protein biscuit keeps me good till I eat a proper meal on reaching home.

I had read somewhere that it is best to eat a fruit post workout for immediate hydration and trust me it works like magic! Do try!
