How to cope with Stress ⁉

Here are few things that I like to do when feeling stressed!

Drink Water - Never underestimate the importance of staying hydrated.

Drink your favourite beverage - For me its Tea, Coffee, Hot Chocolate, Cold Coffee depending on the weather which helps me a lot when coping with a stressful day or situation.

Go for a walk - Trust me within 10 minutes you will start to experience a change in your mood when stressed.
I love walking!

Dance - For me dance is one of the best stress buster. You don't need to be perfect, you just need to put on your favourite music and dance the way you like because ultimately you are doing it to feel happy so do what makes you happy.

Eat something healthy but interesting - I love to have corn coated with lemon juice and seasoned with salt and red chilli powder.
Or boiled with some cheese and above ingredients always works for me.
Even something simple and soulful like Idli makes me feel good.

Take a break - When you don't have a solution in mind for something, take a break by taking your mind off and do some activity that makes you happy.

Sleep - A good sleep can be so helpful in dealing with stress so make sure you sleep well.
Also it makes you more alert and increases your productivity 10 times! 

Yoga or Stretch - I love stretching when feeling blocked or rigid, it not only helps me open up but also gives me a broader perspective of things. 
And I also love to do some Yoga. 

Pamper Yourself - Indulge in some skincare or order your favourite food or go to a spa or shop anything you like! Do what makes you happy! 

Watch a nice light movie or show - I love watching comedy movies or anything that makes me laugh! 

Talk to your friends - This helps incredibly specially when you feel choked with stressful situations, talking to your friends makes life easier!
