Hey lovelies so there are times when we have a lot to do and feel extremely overwhelmed and at times anxious thinking about the things that need to be done!
So here are few tips to control your stress and manage things efficiently -
1. First of all write down all the things that need to be done and set deadlines as to by when will you successfully complete your tasks. Make it comfortable so that it doesn't add unnecessary pressure on your mind and plan in such a way that it makes you feel relaxed and stress free!
2. Club those tasks together which can be done on a particular day and definitely avoid multitasking because it creates so much confusion so better to deal with one task at a time!
3. Learn to say No to things that can be delegated and which don't serve your purpose at all!
It's not being mean, it's about being time selective to manage stress better!
4. Use Time Blocks as in set timers and put all your attention on all those tasks at that particular time. Say you keep an hour just for that particular thing and avoid calling or doing any other activity at that time so this leads to better outcome in the most less used time.
5. Avoid time wasting activities for a while when under pressure, so once your done with the most important tasks you can later relax and have fun doing what you want to do!
