Hey guys I had quite an eventful day yesterday attending the Cake Mixing Ceremony at two hotels - ITC Grand Maratha and The Leela.
Was invited by both so had to attend both as they are so special to me. It was an internal ceremony where very few were invited so feel privileged to be a part of such a great event.
The Cake Mixing Ceremony is an age old tradition in which they mix in dry fruits, alcohol and candies and then preserve this mix for the Christmas Cake. It was so much fun.
Though it did get a lil exhausting for me as I was on a hopping spree from ITC Grand Maratha To The Leela but it was very much worth the effort. After the Cake Mixing Ceremony, there was High Tea where a sumptuous spread of Snacks and Desserts were laid along with Tea and Coffee. Have taken a few pix will be posting in the following posts. And yeh that's exhausted me heading back home, juggling Family, Work and My Blogger Life, gets tiring but no regrets as I am living the life I wanted to :)
