Will It Be Easy? Nope.. Worth It? Absolutely!

“Of course it’s hard. It’s supposed to be hard. If it were easy, everybody would do it. Hard is what makes it great.

So this year which is almost over, I was absolutely determined to shed off some kilos and focus on my health and fitness on a more serious note.

I am so happy that I have been successful in doing so and I am ending the year on a lighter note.

I have lost 10 KGS without any fasting or dieting. But yes I had to give up on eating outside food for quite some time and had gone for months without eating some of my favorite desserts. It was all worth the sacrifice because I feel so happy about my weight loss and I am looking forward to shed some more in the coming year 😊

Did I miss my favorite food, yes I certainly did but I tried to make it up by cooking some really interesting food at home using less oil and keeping my weight loss goals in mind.

I have shared a few healthy recipes on Sav's Kitchen so you can check them out 😊

So this was the food part!

Now comes the main part without which my weight loss would not have happened that much and that is the exercise part.

I am so grateful to have been guided and been trained in my weight loss journey by my Coach Sonu Sir who has not only helped me lose weight with his training but also taught me so much about fitness.

Sonu Sir

He doesn't believe in drastic weight loss but in adopting a complete holistic approach towards getting fitter and losing weight which is a very healthy approach for the long run.

He has also helped me overcome challenges where I felt I was being held up by his guidance and direction from time to time.

Yes you can lose tons of weight by just dieting but with exercise and the right fitness approach you not just lose weight but you also become stronger mentally and happier overall 😊

Honestly I don't believe in depriving myself from the food I love and have never been a fan of dieting. So I am so grateful that my workouts made my life easier on that front and I could eat delicious homemade food and still lose weight.

Life is too short to punish yourself by giving up on the food you love. Yes for a short time you can balance it out by eating outside food once in a month or fortnight, whatever floats your boat and "" Once you accomplish your goals and you reach the ideal weight you want to, you can eat whatever you want whenever you want as long as you continue with your workouts."" P.S. : This was told to me by my Sir which I am sharing it with you all 😁

Aren't you feeling motivated already to start with your workouts!? :)

It is extremely important to exercise not just for losing weight but for a healthier, happier and stronger mindset 😁

You can do anything when you are disciplined, focused and dedicated towards what you want to achieve!

Wrapping up with this quote : “Success isn’t always about greatness. It’s about consistency. Consistent hard work gains success. Greatness will come.”

Will keep you guys posted about my weight loss journey in future.

Ciao for now and wishing you lovely people a happier and healthier new decade πŸ˜‡

Tons of Love πŸ’•
