5 Energy Boosting Healthy Food Ideas

I wanted to share something different with you out here and on thinking a bit I thought why not share something that leads to a happy and healthy lifestyle for you, so keeping that in mind I am sharing with you lovely people five recipes of healthy energy boosting foods. 

Add these recipes to your diet and see the changes in your life 🤤

1. Dark Chocolate Oats Porridge 


Yummy and Healthy Treat For You To Relish! 

It is so filling, it has so much warmth and is so soothing for the mind, you will surely love it 😍

Super yummy and super easy to make, it will keep you pastry cravings at bay!





Ingredients -


3 tbsp Dark Chocolate Oats Porridge

1/2 cup Milk

1/2 cup Water

Sweetner any of your choice!

I have added 1 tbsp Sugar

Chocolate Muesli and Assorted    Seeds like Pumpkin Seeds, Sunflower Seeds and Flax Seeds for topping and garnishing!


Method -


In a pan add Chocolate Oats, add water immediately!

Give it a boil and then reduce the flame.

Now add milk and mix it well!

Give it a boil and then reduce the flame.

Add sugar and mix inside well while the Oats are being cooked on slow flame.

Cook for 2-3 minutes or more as per required.

Remove it in a serving bowl.

Top it with Chocolate Muesli and then garnish it with assorted Seeds as shown in the picture!

Kindly note the ingredients above are for one serving, double the quantity per serving if you want to make for more people!

Eat it hot and relish this super yumm and healthy dish ❤️🤤



2. Banana Chocolate Oats Smoothie

Super yummy, loaded with Chocolates this Smoothie will satiate all your Chocolate Croissant cravings in a healthy way 😍😋 




Ingredients -

1 Banana

1 Hazelnut Milk

2 tbsp Chocolate Oats

1 Bounty Chocolate


For garnishing - 

1 tbsp Granola

1 Cookie Crumble

Few cubes of KitKat Chocolate


Method -

Blend in all the above ingredients together.

Garnish it with the toppings mentioned above!




3. Walnut Coffee Chocolate Banana Almond Milk Smoothie


Here is a super yummy Smoothie Recipe for you lovely people!

Rich in taste and so healthy.




Ingredients - 


1 Glass Chocolate Flavored Almond Milk

1 Banana 

7-8 Walnuts

2 tbsp Chocolate Shavings

1 tbsp Coffee


Method -

Blend in all ingredients together.

Pour the Smoothie in a glass.

Garnish with Banana Slices and Chocolate Shavings.

Serve and Relish!



4. Cottage Cheese Cucumber Toast


Here comes a healthy and refreshing snack for that evening hunger pangs!

So this is the kind of snack that I would like to indulge in the evening after a workout!

It is so refreshing and packs in the essential nutrients keeping your fitness and health goals in mind.

Super easy to make, it hardly takes some time so it won't keep you waiting too long to indulge in when you feel hungry in the evening.

It can also be had for breakfast!





Ingredients - 


1/2 litre Milk

1 Lemon 

2 Cheese Cubes

1 Cucumber

1 Tomato

Fresh Oregano Leaves

Ghee (Clarified Butter) for applying on Toast



Method - 


In a bowl boil milk, once the milk is boiled, add lemon juice.

The milk will curdle and you will get whey and cottage cheese formed.

Strain the cottage cheese.

You can store the whey and add it while making a dough, it is very nutritious.

On a toast, apply ghee.

Spread Cottage Cheese on it.

Garnish it with Sliced Cucumber, Tomato, Chopped Cheese Cube & Fresh Oregano Leaves. 

Sprinkle some black pepper powder over it. 

You can eat it like that or pair with some sauce, I love it with Tabasco Sauce! 



5. Warm Sweet Potato Chaat 


Mind blowing dish made in a jiffy!!!

If you know me, you know I mostly cook out of instinct and cook impromptu so I mostly cook with whatever is available at the time.

So this one of those kinda dish which I made out of my mood to eat something delicious filling and unusual.

It turned out so damn delicious!!!! Try it out yourself to know 😊😋

And yes it is super healthy! 💪




Ingredients - 

2 Medium Sized Sweet Potato 

1 tsp Cumin Seeds

1 tsp Mustard Seeds

1 tsp Kasoori Methi 

1 tbsp Peanuts

1 tsp White Sesame Seeds

1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup

1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes

1 tbsp Sesame Oil

Salt to taste


Method -


Boil Sweet Potatoes in a pressure cooker.

In a kadhai, add peanuts, cook for a few seconds.

Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds.

Add sesame seeds and mix in well.

Add salt and red chilli flakes.

Add ketchup and mix in well.

Add kasoori methi.

Add chopped boiled sweet potatoes and mix in well.

Garnish with roasted peanuts and sesame seeds.

Serve hot!
