Ways To Glow Up In 2024

 


Hello 2024


Hey lovelies so I have been missing in action as far as sharing my life here. 2023 brought in some major changes in my life, so I needed some time to adapt to it.

Finally now getting back to my old self and having some time for myself where I can connect with you all out here 😊

So I have not made any resolutions as far as 2024 is concerned and we are already in February but there are certain things I have started doing in January more consistently which I am sharing with you out here 😊

So here are a few things that I have started doing this year more consistently! 


1. I consciously try to drink more water to stay hydrated. 


2. I have started working out consistently three times a week. 

Working out is not just good for your weight loss but also for your overall health. 


3. I try to meditate for a few minutes in a day, it helps me to calm down and I feel more relaxed 😊


4. I read one new book every week so it helps me learn new things and elevates my perspective about things I am working on. 


5. I practice affirmations. They are really helpful, do give it a shot! 


6. I am taking time out to focus more on my self care, trust me it is very important! 


7. I try to eat more sensibly. Good diet is so underrated. 


8. I try to do things that I have been wanting to do since long but have not been doing because of various reasons. Basically less procrastination! 


9. I try to learn something new, it makes life more fun and adds value to your skills too! 


10. Practice Gratitude. I write down 3 things that I am grateful for everyday. So even on bad days those things that I am grateful for make it a good day 😊
