How to relax when feeling stressed!

 

Do What Makes You Happy 😊


Hey lovelies so we all have some sort of stress in our life because living a normal life cannot be possible without some stress. 


No matter what the reason of stress maybe, this is how I combat Stress, so I am sharing with you what I do mostly and try to relax when feeling stressed. 


1. First of all try to calm down by closing your eyes and focusing on your breath.

2. Listen to some calming music and try to soothe your mind and take your mind of the problem.

3. Have some calming tea, coffee or drink whatever you like that makes you feel relaxed.

4. Go out for a walk and get some fresh air, watch some sunrise, sunset, depending on the time or just go somewhere in nature and relax.

5. Indulge in some yummy food whatever makes you feel happy and relax 😊


Remember everything cn be sorted with a calm mind so first go and calm yourself and then you can handle that stress peacefully 😇
