Hey lovelies sometimes it's necessary to have a nice extra night time routine specially on stressful days!
So this is what I like to do when needed, create a nice atmosphere, prepare a soothing night time Green Tea, put some soothing music and read a few affirmations to soothe myself!
So I thought of sharing a few of those affirmations with you lovelies 💕
