Time Blocking!

 


Hey lovelies let me introduce you to a concept called Time Blocking!


Time blocking is a time management method that asks you to divide your day into blocks of time.


Each block is dedicated to accomplishing a specific task or group of tasks and only those specific tasks within that time frame!


For example you allot 20 minutes for a particular task and do nothing but that task dedicatedly for those 20 minutes without any distraction.


Like this you create a schedule and allot more tasks within a time frame with regular intervals!


Like this you end up doing a lot of things sensibly and your productivity boots considerably!



Advantages of Time Blocking -


1. It helps to workout things in a proper flow.


2. It helps to minimize distraction.


3. It helps to create a sense of control.


How to use Time Blocking - 


1. Identify the tasks that need to be accomplished.


2. Break your day up into time breaks.


3. Decide how much flexible time you allot in your schedule.


4. Review your plan.
